RETURN POLICY

All Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. All returned items will be inspected for damages, any damage caused by improper handling or installation will not be accepted. If you wish to return an order placed online, please reach out to info@garagesuperstore.ca to start the return process. No returns will be accepted without a return number.

After 30 days store credit will be issued.

Cabinets – Any Cabinets directly shipped to a residential address: All Boxes must be opened and inspected within 72 hours of receiving items. All damages must be reported with photos and descriptions sent to info@garagesuperstore.ca.

If your Cabinets come with a shock pack on the exterior of the box and it has been engaged – DO NOT accept the delivery – report this with photos immediately.

Damage to cabinets due to improper handling or installation are not covered by warranty and will be deemed non-returnable.

Customizable items may be returned for a Refund: full uncut clean pieces only, all cut or changed items may be returned at Managers discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking Fee.

This Includes but is not limited to Eco-Flex recycled rubber, Trusscore panelling, non kitted slat wall panels and open boxes/singles including flooring.

Product that has been installed/dismantled or altered in anyway from its original intended form or purpose is non-refundable.
